Davies - Cole, former Registrar of the Sierra Leone Law School, Mr F omba Koroma, a c ivil society activist, Hassan Dabor , a World Food Program (WFP) Contractor, Emerson Musa Conteh, a representative of the WFP Contractor, Aminata Amara, Mount Everest Security Personnel and Abu Bakarr Fofannah, a truck driver. Mr Herbert H.I. Davies - Cole was charged to Court for improperly c onferring an advantage on law students as he added unearned grades to certain student s which enabled them to meet the threshold to pass the June 2012/2013 Bar Final Examinati on. Fomba Koroma, a civil society a ctivist who has also served as part of the Anti - Corruption Strategy Monitoring Coordination T eam in the Southern Region, has been charged with obtaining an advantage in consideration of protecting a person from legal proceedings after he o btained an advantage from the Principal of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Junior Secondary School in the Bo District in the guise of protecting the said principal from legal proceedings for a corrupt offence . Charged with Misappropriation of Donor Property and Conspiracy to Commit a Corruption Offence are Hassan Dabor, Emerson Musa Conteh and Aminata Amara after they jointly agreed to dishonestly appropriate 100 bags of rice from the 300 meant for Ebola quarantine homes in Kenema.
